Victorian Lotions and Potions Course at Acton Scott

Ducks in a line and washing.
Linen and Victorian shawls hanging in the cottage.
The cottage and the window sill, complete with an aray of interesting jars!
Lucky horse shoe and cows being moved from field to field through the farmyard.
Piglets and a photograph I accidentally took when chickens flew up at me! Nice to know my reaction and instinct is to take pictures rather than run but maybe should try lifting the camera next time!

Making Cream of Swallows.
Chickens on a heap of manure in the Farmyard!

Distractions

Sometimes when I go out taking photographs I get distracted by one particular aspect of the place, this time the light was particularly good for making defined shadows so here are a collection of my distractions!

Spring has Sprung

Fresh new leaves are appearing...

..Ferns are starting to unfurl and sunlight making a play of light and shade...

...The paraphernalia that helps things to grow is dusted down and out of shed once more...

...And I begin to spot weird things to photograph...

...Like gardening scarescrows, giant plug holes and bendy bamboo!
